F-16 Simulator/Academic Instructor (Secret) - Spangdahlem AB, Germany

This position supports USAFE's ATLAS III program and is responsible for all aspects of Performance Work Statement-specified academic and simulator training of F-16 pilots. I include a $10K "sign-on" bonus. We welcome referrals, paying external referrals $5K each; internal employees will receive $10K referral, once the new hire is onboard 90 days, per our company policy.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain familiarity with F-16 OFP, tactics, and training.
  • Conduct/Instruct simulator (Mision Training Center) events in support of Continuation and Upgrade training.
  • Assist in planning daily and DMO missions, operate simulator console, conduct or assist with mission debriefs.
  • Provide Direct Support (fly as part of a 2- or 4-ship) if required.
  • Conducting academic training including Cockpit/Crew Resource Management (CRM), Instrument Refresher Course (IRC), Theater Indoctrination (TI), Local Area Orientation (LAO).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-years of experience in one or any combination A-10, F-4, F-15, F-16, F-22, F-35, F-117.
  • Minimum of 500 hours in one or any combination A-10, F-4, F-15, F-16, F-22, F-35, F-117.
  • Instructor (i.e. "K" prefix in Air Force Specialty Code AFSC) experience in A-10, F-4, F-15, F- 16, F-22, F-35, F-117.
  • Able to fly the simulator in the capacity of a 2 or 4-ship flight lead using current tactics and employment standards.
  • Maintain ground training currency (IRC, CRM, etc.) and be physically qualified to perform these duties.
