Key Responsibilities
- Develop, gain alignment on, and execute the Syrspend growth strategy across the EMEA region, engaging senior leadership and key business stakeholders.
- Identify market opportunities and support the expansion of the Syrspend portfolio through the development of new products, applications, and business initiatives.
- Serve as a scientific and technical expert on compounding solutions, providing guidance to commercial teams and supporting customer-facing discussions.
- Partner with Global Innovation and Product Development teams to strengthen brand positioning and accelerate portfolio growth.
- Drive business development activities by building and maintaining relationships with customers, distributors, healthcare professionals, and other strategic stakeholders.
- Support cross-border commercial initiatives and collaborate with regional sales teams to identify and capture new growth opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable business strategies.
- Contribute to the successful launch and commercialization of innovative pharmaceutical technologies and products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs, to achieve business objectives.

You possess the following qualifications, background and abilities:
Essential
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (required).
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compounding practices and the compounding market.
- Proven interest in business development, commercialization, and bringing innovative healthcare solutions to market.
- Ability to effectively bridge scientific expertise and commercial strategy.
- Professional working proficiency in English and German.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, international, and cross-functional environment.
Preferred
- PhD, MBA, or other advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or compounding-related industries.
- Knowledge of business finance and financial performance metrics.
- Additional European language skills are an advantage.
- Experience supporting international business development or market expansion initiatives.
