As a Media Planner, you will drive tactical media plans and optimal budget allocations for automotive brands at a local market level to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness. Working closely with local client teams-across Media, Creative, Social, and Data-you will manage data analytics, metric tracking, and local agency relations to ensure seamless cross-platform optimization and robust operational execution.

- Drive tactical integrated media plans and operational blueprints across all channels, seamlessly encompassing conventional, digital, and performance-based campaigns; optimize budget allocation across platforms to maximize ROI and meet client objectives.
- Provide deep media expertise to foster the innovative use of digital and conventional platforms, driving tactical advancement and optimization across display, video, search, mobile, and social media.
- Synthesize and transform complex data captured from multiple digital platforms into consumable, easy-to-understand insights to support team planning and execution.
- Establish and maintain rigorous tracking of key business metrics, leveraging data mining and ad-hoc analysis to identify shifts or trends that drive continuous performance improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to ensure that data-driven decisions and best-in-class analytics effectively push the entire organization forward.
- Develop and maintain robust, high-level relationships with key clients across multiple disciplines, extending from Media, creative, social, and data teams.
- Create and nurture relationships with Media Owners and media agencies to enable seamless, value-added media buying and execution.
- Present complex media insights to a non-technical audience, communicating findings clearly, concisely, and persuasively through narrative-driven presentations and data visualizations.
- Integrate effectively and in a professional manner within Client Teams, maintaining a collaborative spirit with all stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Your profile:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in media planning, gained agency-side or client-side.
- Experience advancing digital maturity and embedding new ways of working within multinational organizations.
- Track record of improving campaign effectiveness and execution consistency at a local market level.
- Proficiency in media budget management, product selection, and full-funnel KPI analysis (including GRP, impressions, clicks, leads, and conversions).
- Proven ability to partner with local market teams, agencies, and global/regional stakeholders.
- Collaborative working style, strong communicator, and able to communicate insights clearly to facilitate smooth collaboration among stakeholders.
- Professional working proficiency English - additional European languages an advantage but not required
