Location: Frankfurt / Offenbach (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Senior Strategist with strong automotive experience to join our team working on the Hyundai Motor Europe account.

This role requires a strategist who can independently lead strategic projects, translate complex information into clear direction, and confidently work with senior stakeholders on the client side.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development for integrated automotive campaigns, from insight generation to creative briefing

• Run marketing consulting projects, connecting the dots between various stakeholders across CRM, dealership, PR etc., and thinking holistically about marketing experiences from the consumer's perspective

• Analyze market, consumer, and competitive data to identify actionable opportunities for the brand

• Develop clear, inspiring strategic narratives that guide creative and marketing decisions

• Present strategy to senior client stakeholders and defend recommendations with confidence

• Collaborate closely with creative, account, and data teams across European markets

Requirements

• Strong automotive category experience (required)

• Proven ability to lead projects independently and drive strategy from start to finish

• Excellent analytical skills

• Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities

• Fluent English

Working Model
The role requires regular presence at the client 's office in Offenbach (2-3 days per week). The remaining days can be worked remotely or from the Innocean office in Frankfurt or Berlin.
