Art & Motion Designer - Social (all genders)

About the Role

As an Art & Motion Designer, you translate social-first ideas into visually striking designs and motion assets. Your work ranges from fast-paced vertical formats to motion-driven storytelling and hero visuals. You collaborate closely with creative and studio teams to shape platform-native content.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and animate content for social channels across multiple formats.
• Translate concepts into art direction, templates, styles and motion graphics.
• Develop animations, transitions, layouts and visual systems.
• Work closely with Creative Directors, Content Creators and Editors.
• Adapt assets for multiple platforms and markets.

Your Profile

• 3-5 + years of experience in motion design or digital design.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• High proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere.
• Automotive experience is a plus.

• Fluent in German and English.
• Detail-oriented, fast, and passionate about social design.
