As a participant in this program, you will combine a part-time Master's degree in Professional Software Engineering at Knowledge Foundation with exciting projects and cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic work environment.

Throughout your studies you will work as a Customer Success Engineer.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Assist with projects: You will contribute to various projects and tasks, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to different aspects of the business. This will help you develop a deeper understanding of the company's operations and goals.
• Learn from professionals: You will have the opportunity to observe and learn from experienced professionals, gaining insight into their roles and responsibilities. This will help you build your skills and knowledge in a real-world setting.

Your role and resposibilities:

  • Support the implementation and optimization of IT automation solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Analyze business and IT processes to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining automation workflows, scripts, and applications.
  • Collaborate with customers, consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful adoption of IBM technologies.
  • Support IT operations activities, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to customer success by providing technical guidance, training, and solution support throughout project lifecycles.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Passion for Technology (e.g. IT-Automation, Application Development, IT-Operations).
  • Good knowledge of German (at least B2 proficiency) , Maths and English.
  • At least basic programming and scripting knowledge with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • You are committed as a problem solver and ready to take on challenges.
  • You bring a curious mindset and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • You are known for your dedication and commitment.
  • You like to take on responsibility, get involved and have fun doing so.
  • You are characterised by your communication and teamwork skills.
