As a participant in this program, you will combine a part-time Master's degree in Professional Software Engineering at Knowledge Foundation with exciting projects and cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic work environment.

Your role and resposibilities:
- Support the implementation and optimization of IT automation solutions for enterprise customers.
- Analyze business and IT processes to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining automation workflows, scripts, and applications.
- Collaborate with customers, consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful adoption of IBM technologies.
- Support IT operations activities, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to customer success by providing technical guidance, training, and solution support throughout project lifecycles.

Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Passion for Technology (e.g. IT-Automation, Application Development, IT-Operations).
- Good knowledge of German (at least B2 proficiency) , Maths and English.
- At least basic programming and scripting knowledge with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- You are committed as a problem solver and ready to take on challenges.
- You bring a curious mindset and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- You are known for your dedication and commitment.
