Bei Verisk Med - Teil der internationalen Verisk-Gruppe - arbeitest Du im operativen Umfeld der Bearbeitung von Versicherungsfallen mit medizinischem Hintergrund. Du unterstutzt den Prozess, indem Du medizinische Unterlagen sichtest, relevante Informationen erfasst und fur eine vollstandige Dokumentation sorgst. Deine Tatigkeit ist Teil eines mehrstufigen Prozesses und tragt dazu bei, dass Falle sauber vorbereitet und an nachgelagerte Prozessschritte ubergeben werden konnen.

Must have:

• Abgeschlossene medizinische Ausbildung (z. B. MFA, MTA, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Physiotherapeut:in)
• Berufserfahrung in Orthopadie/Chirurgie oder Allgemeinmedizin
• Sehr gutes Verstandnis medizinischer Terminologie - auch bei handschriftlichen Arztberichten
• Strukturierte, sorgfaltige und zuverlassige Arbeitsweise
• Freude an klaren Prozessen, Dokumentation und Detailarbeit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Nice to have:

• Erfahrung in der medizinischen Dokumentation oder Datenerfassung
• Beruhrungspunkte mit Versicherungen oder administrativen Gesundheitsprozessen
• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Systemen und Datenmasken

• Sichtung und strukturierte Erfassung medizinischer Unterlagen
• Extraktion relevanter Informationen (z. B. Diagnosen, ICD-10-Codes, Behandlungsdaten)
• Prufung der Unterlagen auf Vollstandigkeit und formale Plausibilitat
• Nachforderung fehlender Informationen per Telefon oder schriftlich
