What you can expect

• You takeend-to-end ownership for the design, further development, and steering of salesdashboards and reporting solutions (e.g. KPIs, pipeline, forecast, campaignperformance), including defining reporting standards.
• You ensure high data quality and KPI consistency by defining and enforcinggovernance standards and actively validating key steering metrics.
• You proactively analyze the development of relevant sales KPIs, identifydrivers, risks, and opportunities, and derive clear, actionable recommendationsfor management.
  You conduct complex, strategic, and ad-hoc analyses to support key salesinitiatives and commercial decision-making processes.
• You independently define, further develop, and harmonize sales KPIs and theunderlying data models.
• You translate complex data into decision-relevant insights and present them instakeholder-oriented visualizations for top management and key stakeholders.
• You structure and prioritize business requirements and transform them intoscalable analytical concepts and technical specifications.
  You deeply analyze and evaluate sales and revenue campaigns with a focus onROI, effectiveness, and optimization potential.
• You collaborate closely and in a steering role with data engineering and otherinterfaces to further develop data architecture, interfaces, and data products.

What makes you stand out

• You haveseveral years of solid experience in Sales Analytics and have demonstrableend-to-end ownership of reporting landscapes, KPI frameworks, and data-drivensteering logics.
• You bring deep expertise in Power BI, particularly in complex data modeling,DAX optimization, and performance tuning, complemented by very strong SQLskills and a strong understanding of modern data architectures and interfaces.
• You have a strong ability to design and further develop scalable data modelsand KPI structures as a foundation for company-wide steering.
• You confidently translate business requirements into structured analyticalconcepts and sustainable technical specifications, including clearprioritization and effective scope management.
• You identify business drivers, conduct in-depth root cause analyses, and deriveconcrete, business-relevant recommendations for action.
