- Supporting the incubation team in daily activities related to idea generation, opportunity mapping, customer discovery, value chain mapping and new business generation
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of workshops, events, and training sessions for participating startup
- Supporting the management of projects within the incubation program to ensure timely achievement of milestones and goal
- Maintaining and analyzing project information using Agile tools like Miro, Airtable, Jira/Confluence(desirable), as well asExcel, Teams, PowerPoint and Word
- Enrolled student in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, UX design, or a similar program
- Strong interest in innovation and entrepreneurship
- Excellent research and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collect and structure information from various sources
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. German language skills are a plus
- Experience with digital tools for Agile collaboration, such as Miro, Jira, Confluence, Figma and Airtable, is a plus
- Previous experience in a startup environment or a business incubation program is an advantage
