We are looking for a Front Office Intern (m/f/d)
Offer description - Responsibilities / Tasks
• Being the first point of contact for our international guests and ensuring a personalized welcome
• Supporting the Front Office team during check-in and check-out procedures
• Handling professional guest communication via email, telephone and in person
• Coordinating room allocations and preparing arrivals with Reservations and Housekeeping
• Supporting daily guest requests in line with service standards
• Maintaining reservations and guest profiles in the PMS (Micros-Fidelio Suite 8)
• Working with Hotelkit software to ensure smooth internal communication
• Supporting basic Front Office accounting tasks, including sales-related activities
• Assisting with administrative Front Office duties and proper documentation
We offer
• Mandatory internship with a duration of 6 months
• Fair and transparent working hours, 40 hours per week across a 5-day working week
• Monthly compensation of EUR 1,200 gross
• Shopping voucher in the amount of EUR 50, paid out on a monthly basis
• A subsidy of EUR 44 towards Deutschland-Ticket (monthly price: EUR 63) for bus, tram and train
• Fresh staff meals with warm dishes and complimentary beverages during working hours

Skills and Expertise - Your profile
• Enrollment at a university or hotel management school is required.
• The internship is completed as a mandatory part of your studies.
• At least one semester of academic studies has already been completed.
• Fluent spoken German is desirable.
• An excellent command of English is expected; additional languages are an advantage.
• A strong passion for hospitality and a professional service mindset are essential.
• Confidence, reliability and a well-groomed, professional appearance complete your profile.
