Produktionscontroller (m/w/d).
Als Produktionscontroller (m/w/d) sind Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion und Finanzwesen und tragen maßgeblich zur wirtschaftlichen Analyse und Steuerung des Werks bei.
Was erwartet Sie
- Auswertung und Analyse von Produktionskennzahlen (P&L, Ressourcenverbrauch, Energie, Personalkosten, etc.)
- Erstellung der Monatsreports und von Ad-hoc-Analysen gemäß der Gruppenstandards
- Durchführung von Produktkalkulationen (Herstellkosten) als Standard und Ist Kalkulation
- Mitwirkung bei der Budgetplanung und -kontrolle unter Berücksichtigung relevanter KPIs
- Erstellung von Estimates und Forecasts inkl. Szenarioanalyse
- Bestandsbewertung der Rohmaterialien und WIPs
- Ermittlung von Rückstellungen (inkl. Strom, Energiesteuer)
- Abrechnung von Produktions- und Industrieversuchen
- Ansprechpartner für Audits und Wirtschaftsprüfer
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionscontrolling oder Werkscontrolling
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kostenrechnung, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Detailgenauigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel sowie Erfahrung mit ERP- und Controlling-Systemen
- Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher Sprache sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
