Unsere Anwendungstechnik unterstützt unsere Kunden in der Region DACH und Nordeuropa mit technischer Expertise und Anwendungsberatung.
Was erwartet Sie
- Technische Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden vor Ort im In- und Ausland
- Durchführung von Produktvorführungen, Schulungen und technischen Einweisungen
- Anwendungstechnische Unterstützung bei der Verarbeitung unserer Bodenbelagsprodukte
- Analyse und Dokumentation technischer Fragestellungen sowie Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und Qualitätsleitung
- Teilnahme an Messen, Workshops und Kundenevents
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Bodenleger oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bodenverlegung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in PVC- und Linoleumbelägen
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
