Sales Development Representative - Netherlands (SaaS, Greentech) (m/f/d)

Please note that for this role, C2 Dutch proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

What you will do
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with B2B clients, such as solar installers and heat pump installers, by proactively reaching out to generate interest and schedule product demonstration calls
  • Utilize multiple channels for customer acquisition, focusing on outbound calls, participation in trade shows, and creating engagement on online platforms, i.e. LinkedIn
  • Drive Reonic's growth by identifying and strategizing new projects and partnerships that align with the company's business objectives
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs and enhance our service offerings

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Strong knowledge of SMB software sales in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups
  • Knowledge of the Netherlands sales and go-to-market dynamics
  • Passion for innovation in renewable energy
  • Strong closer with a collaborative mindset
  • Proactive, flexible, and resilient in fast-changing environments
  • Excellent Dutch (C2) and English communication and presentation skills
