Design engineer (m/f/d) in technical fire protection

What you can expect from us

Development and design (approx. 80% electrical design and 20% mechanical design) of systems and components in the field of fire protection

Creation and maintenance of 2D and 3D models, drawings, and parts lists

Conducting design reviews, coordinating with project management, construction management

Technische Klärung von Anforderungen, Normen und kundenspezifischen Spezifikationen

Technical clarification of requirements, standards, and customer-specific specifications

Close cooperation with project-lead

Collaboration on the further development of design guidelines and standards

What characterizes you

Completed degree or technical training in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable field

Several years of professional experience in design engineering

Experience in project-oriented collaboration - ideally in a planning or architectural office for technical building equipment

Confident use of at least one common CAD system (e.g., SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Inventor)

Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM)

Good knowledge of standards, manufacturing technologies, and industrial design processes

Independent, structured, and quality-conscious approach to work

Strong communication skills and a passion for working in a project team
