Your Responsibilities
- Als Mitglied eines 11-köpfigen Teams installieren und betreuen Sie lokale IT-Systeme und übernehmen die IT-technische Ausstattung von Arbeitsplätzen
- Im Rahmen des Benutzerservices stellen Sie die LAN-Administration sicher und agieren als 2nd-Level-Support
- Sie analysieren und beheben Störungen
- Sie nehmen Anpassungen an IT-(Betriebs)-Systemen vor
- Im Vertretungsfall übernehmen Sie die Betreuung der Drucksysteme am Standort
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossene mindestens 3-jährige Berufsausbildung, z.B. IT-Systemelektroniker
- Idealerweise eine 1-jährige Fachausbildung, z.B. Netzwerktechniker und MCSE
- Kommunikationsvermögen in Deutsch und Englisch
- Teamfähigkeit
- Analytisches und systematisches Denkvermögen
