Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory environments
- Manage the setup and maintenance of IT systems across multiple locations in Germany
- Conduct needs analysis and set up user workstations, maintaining thorough documentation
- Support telephony systems including VoIP and mobile solutions
- Maintain and configure printer infrastructure (ORS printer solutions)
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and present recommendations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent experience
- Solid experience working within a Microsoft infrastructure environment
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Proactive and structured approach to troubleshooting and support
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple support requests independently
