Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial insights and strategic advice to management, ensuring transparency in performance and goal tracking
- Analyse customer relationships and contract structures to support pricing, margin optimisation, and cash flow improvements
- Lead budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing financial performance monitoring
- Oversee monthly revenue recognition and ensure accurate client invoicing
- Manage cash reporting and analyse financial data for key decision-making
- Identify business value drivers and contribute to service and contract evaluations through ROI analysis, benchmarking, and KPIs
- Evaluate new business opportunities and provide risk-balanced financial assessments
- Monitor contract performance and collaborate with leadership to address deviations
- Drive efficiency and cost optimisation projects
- Proactively identify and manage financial and operational risks and opportunities
- Foster strong internal relationships and support a unified financial model in collaboration with group controlling
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable role, ideally within an international services environment
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
- Commercially minded with a customer-centric approach
- Experience working with senior leadership and in contract-based environments
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create practical solutions to complex issues
- Strong understanding of the connection between financial and operational KPIs
- Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
- High levels of integrity, accountability, and adaptability
