Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial insights and strategic advice to management, ensuring transparency in performance and goal tracking
  • Analyse customer relationships and contract structures to support pricing, margin optimisation, and cash flow improvements
  • Lead budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing financial performance monitoring
  • Oversee monthly revenue recognition and ensure accurate client invoicing
  • Manage cash reporting and analyse financial data for key decision-making
  • Identify business value drivers and contribute to service and contract evaluations through ROI analysis, benchmarking, and KPIs
  • Evaluate new business opportunities and provide risk-balanced financial assessments
  • Monitor contract performance and collaborate with leadership to address deviations
  • Drive efficiency and cost optimisation projects
  • Proactively identify and manage financial and operational risks and opportunities
  • Foster strong internal relationships and support a unified financial model in collaboration with group controlling


Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable role, ideally within an international services environment
  • Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
  • Commercially minded with a customer-centric approach
  • Experience working with senior leadership and in contract-based environments
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create practical solutions to complex issues
  • Strong understanding of the connection between financial and operational KPIs
  • Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
  • High levels of integrity, accountability, and adaptability
