In dieser Position arbeiten Sie im Reinraum an hochpräzisen Systemen und übernehmen eine Schlüsselrolle in der Endmontage unserer Produkte. Dabei verbinden Sie technisches Know-how mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch und tragen aktiv dazu bei, unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich zu optimieren.
Sie erwartet ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenfeld in einem internationalen Umfeld, in dem Teamarbeit, Präzision und kontinuierliche Verbesserung im Mittelpunkt stehen. Ihre Aufgaben:- Montage und Justierung mechanischer, optischer und elektrotechnischer Baugruppen und Module im Reinraum
- Dokumentation der Abnahmen sowie Klärung von Abweichungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Fachabteilungen
- Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen gemäß Vorgaben
- Umsetzung und Mitgestaltung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Endmontageprozesse unter Lean-Gesichtspunkten
Minimum Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Montage (Mechanik, Optik oder Elektronik)
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team und an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
- Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Englischkenntnisse zum Verständnis englischsprachiger Arbeitsanweisungen
