Key Account Manager C&I and DNO Customers, Pixii Germany
Location: Darmstadt, Germany
- Own and develop strategic C&I Accounts and Distribution Network Operators (DNO) across the D.A.CH region, with a strong focus on Germany
- Drive growth in a key segment for Pixii's BESS solutions
- Act as the commercial and technical interface between customers and Pixii

Founded in Norway in 2018, Pixii has deployed more than 5,500 systems across Europe, Australia and other international markets. The company combines expertise in power electronics, software, and energy management to deliver scalable solutions for utilities, EV charging, commercial and industrial customers, and other energy-intensive applications
The role
This is a commercially driven Key Account Manager role with strong technical interface responsibilities.You will take ownership of Pixii's key account relationships within the C&I and DNO segment in the D.A.CH region, driving business development and sales, with the target to strengthen Pixii's market position in Europe.
You will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for your key accounts for BESS
- Develop and execute the C&I and DNO charging segment strategy in Europe
- Drive commercial opportunities from early engagement through deal closing
- Support sales processes together with regional sales teams
- Understand customer challenges related to grid constraints, space, and energy economics
- Coordinate across customers, R&D, and engineering teams on integration and solutions
The role reports directly to the VP, Sales DACH and operates across markets and functions.

- Pipeline development and commercial conversion
- Contribution to C&I and DNO segment growth in Europe
- Effectiveness of cross-functional collaboration (sales, R&D, engineering)
- Ability to translate market needs into concrete opportunities and sales growth
Who we are looking for
You combine commercial drive with technical understanding and are comfortable operating at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering.
You bring:
Experience in the renewable energies segment, energy storage, or related sectors
Strong commercial experience, ideally in key account management or business development
Solid understanding BESS C&I market eco systems
Technical background (degree or equivalent experience)
You are also:
Structured and proactive
Comfortable engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders
Clear and confident in communication, including larger forums
A collaborative team player with a hands-on approach
Willingness to travel
Languages:
German (native level)
English (fluent)
Additional European languages are a plus
