Are you looking for more than just a job? As an F&B Service Manager, you are the driving force behind our service experience. You lead your team, design processes, and set new standards for quality and hospitality.
Your Role:
You are responsible for the entire F&B service area-both operationally and strategically
You lead, inspire, and develop your team
You ensure that guests are not just satisfied, but delighted
You optimize processes and contribute new ideas
You manage staffing, quality, and cost-effectiveness
You plan and oversee events and functions
You serve as the liaison between the kitchen, management, and other departments
Be able.
Several years of experience in the F&B sector, with initial leadership responsibility
Passion for hospitality and service excellence
Leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset
Organizational talent & strong decision-making skills
Excellent German and English language skills
Energy, drive, and a desire to make a difference
