Do you love it when service doesn't just work-it inspires? As an Assistant F&B Service Manager, you're right in the thick of things-you support the management of our service division and, together with your team, ensure unforgettable guest experiences.
Your Role:
You will assist in managing our entire F&B service division (restaurant, bar, and events)
You will be hands-on and actively involved in day-to-day operations
You will motivate, coach, and develop our service team
You will ensure that our guests feel completely at ease-every day
You will assist with scheduling, training, and ensuring smooth operations
You will always keep an eye on quality, standards, and details
You will work closely with the kitchen and other departments
Be able.
Training or experience in the hospitality industry
Some leadership experience or looking to take the next step in your career
Passion for service & a genuine hospitality mindset
Organizational skills and a hands-on approach
Fluency in German and English
Flexibility and team spirit
