INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY SENIOR OFFICER CORE QUALIFICATION (ICSOCQ): Leading the Intelligence Enterprise This core qualification involves the ability to integrate resources, information, interests, and activities effectively in support of the Intelligence Community's (IC) mission and to lead and leverage cross-organizational collaborative networks to achieve significant mission results. Inherent to this senior officer qualification is a deep understanding of the Intelligence enterprise and a shared commitment to the IC's core values.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications:
Technical Qualification - Mandatory
1. Must demonstrate extensive expertise in strategic intelligence analysis, operational planning, and the employment of Land Forces with a specialized focus on Russian and Eurasian military capabilities and doctrine. The candidate must show the ability to provide authoritative assessments and actionable guidance to senior leaders, shape Army, Joint and NATO Force understanding of adversary behavior, and represent USAREUR-AF in high-level forums with U.S. and Allied partners.
JOINT DUTY ASSIGNMENT SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates for this position will be reviewed for receipt of joint duty credit. You must provide evidence of having obtained joint duty credit by submitting a previously approved Joint Duty Claim Form(s) or by requesting approval of a joint duty claim by submitting the Joint Duty Claim Form with supporting documentation.
