Tasks

• Support in advising and assisting clients in the housing industry throughout the entire project lifecycle - from requirements gathering to the implementation of our solutions
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities
• Analyze client processes and requirements and contribute to the development of suitable solution concepts
• Support the implementation of our SaaS product Wodis Yuneo
• Contribute to the analysis of existing systems and processes to identify optimization potential
• Independently prepare and deliver training sessions, as well as support onboarding of customer teams after go-live and during ongoing operations
• Build functional expertise in one or more modules of our SaaS solution Wodis Yuneo (e.g. condominium management, financial accounting, or other areas of the housing industry

Profile

• Completed vocational training or a degree, ideally in real estate or the housing industry (e.g. property manager) or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in the housing industry, e.g. in condominium management, property management, or through internships/working student roles
• Basic understanding of key processes such as property management, e.g. accounting, service charge billing, third-party management, etc.
• Interest in digital solutions and SaaS products, with motivation to learn new topics
• Structured, detail-oriented working style and analytical mindset
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner when interacting with clients
• Willingness to travel (approx. 70%)
• Very good German and good English skills
