About the Role
Main point of contact for all customised products prepared by the Cluster. Converts commercial plans into a solid supply plan for all promotional, display and customised products, ensuring on-time and in-full availability. Delivers cost control through tracking of monthly spend. Participates in repack tenders to deliver optimised pricing for the Cluster.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing all necessary documentation for accurate SKU production.
- Managing weekly capacity with third parties to ensure plans are achievable and optimized.
- Ordering and managing stock levels of packaging materials to support production.
- Manages wastage and returns related to excess stock.

About the Role
Main point of contact for all customised products prepared by the Cluster. Converts commercial plans into a solid supply plan for all promotional, display and customised products, ensuring on-time and in-full availability. Delivers cost control through tracking of monthly spend. Participates in repack tenders to deliver optimised pricing for the Cluster.
Your Responsibilities
- Leads meetings with sales and customer marketing teams to understand requirements and plan expected repack.
- Collaborates internally and with third parties to ensure timely availability by:
- Providing all necessary documentation for accurate SKU production.
- Managing weekly capacity with third parties to ensure plans are achievable and optimized.
- Ordering and managing stock levels of packaging materials to support production.
- Manages wastage and returns related to excess stock.
- Optimise stock levels to meet inventory targets and prevent SLOB or W/O.
- Manage stock levels for new products and discontinued products by monitoring phase-in and phase-out of stock.
- Provide visibility to Supply, Demand Planners and Customer Service of any possible supply issues and resolution dates.
- Take responsibility to meet safety and quality standards of repack activities and finished goods.
- Ensure Continuous Improvement internally and with third parties to deliver excellence in repack management.
What You Bring
- You have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- You bring at least 4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or a comparable function
- You bring strong organisational and coordination skills
- Structured and detail-oriented way of working
- You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- You communicate confidently and work collaboratively across functions
- You are fluent in English; German is considered a strong advantage
- Experience with SAP IBP, third-party manufacturing or matrix organisations is a plus
- FMCG or Consumer Healthcare experience is beneficial
