Quality Engineer - Focus on Supplier Quality (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Assure zero defect quality for purchased parts
• Perform incoming inspection if purchased parts, prepare and maintain SAP test plan
• Verification PPAP of purchased parts
• Support supplier in case of deviation request
• Document and control deviation approvals
• Concern management
• Creation of work instructions, risk assessments, instructions
• Support SQ-Team with best practice and lessons learned activities

Qualifications:

• Automotive experience within Supplier Development and/or Quality Management System desirable
• Experiences in auditing
• Project Management skills, Problem solving skills
• Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Measurement techniques, Quality tools
• German and English - fluent in writing and speaking
• MS Office, SAP knowledge, Statistic programs (eg. Minitab, QS-Stat), Analytical mindset, Team work
• Open against different cultures
• Willingness to travel
