YOUR ROLE - WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Crew Leader, you are the heartbeat of the shift and a role model for the team.
- Lead and motivate the crew during early, late, and occasionally night shifts
- Be the first point of contact for guests and ensure a smooth guest journey
- Coordinate daily operations at Front Office & Bar
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, cash handling, and service recovery
- Support onboarding, training, and daily guidance of new crew members
- Ensure brand standards, safety, and service quality at all times
- Take ownership during busy shifts and lead by example
- We don't have a kitchen crew! We prepare the food ourselves.
- We don't have a bar manager! We make the drinks ourselves.We are hosts! What else!
- Help shape the duty roster (work schedule)
- Support with the monthly closing
