You'll make an impact by
- You support global and local Belonging Networks by fostering connections, engagement, and impact within the DEI community
- Next, you help create clear communications to promote events, initiatives, and encourage community participation
- Building on this, you maintain network data, internal resources, and update web content to ensure information is accurate and accessible
- Additionally, you assist with award submissions, research, presentations, and reporting to highlight the achievements and progress of the networks
- Finally, you contribute to projects and events, including speaker research and coordination, and share best practices to strengthen ongoing Belonging Network initiatives
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Social Sciences, Communication, Diversity Management, or a related field

Experience and Skills:
- You have practical experience in event planning and moderation
- You are proficient with SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Viva Engage, and AI tools
- You possess strong storytelling and communication abilities
- Ways of Working: You work independently, are highly organized, and thrive in collaborative, intercultural teams
- Languages: You are fluent or expert in English, ideally as a native speaker
