Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech?® Vishay Electronic GmbH in Selb is currently seeking applicants for a Business Marketing Manager Sfernice.
Location: Germany / remote
What you will be doing:
- Own regional market & customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors).
- Translate divisional product strategy into focused regional Go-To-Market actions.
- Act as a strategic technical interface for key customers.
- Driving designs at the end customers
- Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities.
- Be the Voice of the Customer, influencing product roadmaps.
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment across Sales, FAE, and Divisions.
- Support opportunity prioritization, pricing strategy, and disciplined execution.
What you will bring along:
- Background in Electronics / Physics or similar.
- Solid experience with Resistors and passive components.
- Exposure to automotive, industrial and aeronautics customers and distribution.
- Structured, proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality.
- Willingness to travel mainly within Central Europe
- Fluent English and German (French would be a Bonus)
- Good knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office, Business Objects.
