- Lead Europe-wide product marketing for the Piezo and Protection Devices - Multilayer division
- Market a broad ESD portfolio based on ceramic and silicon chips, high-precision thermistors, and innovative ceramic energy storage devices
- Define and coordinate product and regional strategies
- Identify market and customer requirements
- Coordinating and implementing customer requests across sales, development, manufacturing, and logistics
- Serving as a liaison between the Product Marketing team in Munich and the headquarters (Development, Manufacturing, BU) in Deutschlandsberg, Austria
- Conducting customer, market, and competitive analyses to expand the product portfolio and tap into new market segments
- Assuming technical and managerial leadership of a team of approximately 6-8 employees as part of team management and ensuring effective collaboration
- The position can be based in either Munich or Deutschlandsberg and can be managed across locations; close collaboration between both locations is an essential part of the role
- A successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in product marketing and/or sales
- An entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- A strategic and analytical mindset when defining and pragmatically implementing business goals
- A structured and goal-oriented work style
- Ability to work in an international environment, including customer visits and business travel (approx. 30-40%)
- Flexibility and strong communication skills in a technical environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, openness, assertiveness, and the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
