This role offers the chance to live and work in the historic and vibrant city of Athens while playing a critical role in maintaining a safe and positive online environment for our French-speaking users. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content according to company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in French to ensure it adheres to community guidelines.
• Accurately classify and evaluate content based on established moderation policies.
• Identify inappropriate or harmful content and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide regular feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation processes.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality moderation standards.
• Stay updated on company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation and community engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
