As a Facilities Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our organization's physical facilities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining building systems, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. In this role, you will impact our manufacturing equipment and/or building systems and components by providing technical support and expertise. Your deep understanding of operating principles and processes will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations.   • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance engineering
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement facility infrastructure and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define facility requirements and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Manage facility projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with contractors and vendors
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning of facility systems and equipment
  • Develop and implement energysaving initiatives to improve facility efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facility engineering and incorporate them into facility design and operations
