Operation Manager (f/m/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmens, Qualitats, Arbeits und Brandschutzrichtlinien
- Gewahrleistung ordnungsgemaer Be und Entladevorgange sowie Lagerung nach FiFo
- Uberwachung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Disziplin am Standort
- Schulung und Unterweisung des Teams sowie Klarung operativer Personalthemen
- Vermeidung von Schaden und Schrott sowie Durchfuhrung von ProzessAudits
- Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung des Personaleinsatzes
- Uberwachung der taglichen Arbeitsablaufe (z.B. Kommissionierung) und Durchfuhrung regelmaiger Kontrollen
- Ansprechpartner*in fur den Kunden bei Abwesenheit der Standortleitung
- Analyse und Losung operativer Probleme
- Erstellung von Schicht und Unfallberichten, Problemanalysen und Verladedokumentationen
- Meldung von Bestanden, Transportschaden und logistischen Themen an die Standortleitung
- Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung (KVP) und Verfolgung fachlicher Entwicklungen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik (z.B. Fachkaufmann*frau Logistik) oder mehrjahrige Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterfuhrung und im Logistikbereich
- Kenntnisse in Material, Transport und Logistiksystemen sowie Qualitatsmanagement
- ITAffinitat und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Fuhrerschein Klasse B
