Stellenbeschreibung
- Facilitate internal communications among departments, aligning teams with leadership goals.
- Track and follow up on cross-department tasks, ensuring smooth information flow.
- Coordinate production improvement and continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor KPIs and support production data analysis.
- Track project actions and follow up on implementation progress.
- Organize meetings, prepare reports, and support daily operational activities.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Operations Manager.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Fluent Chinese (Mandarin), German, and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Maintain an optimistic, open, collaborative attitude, fostering a positive culture.
