Join DAZN, the revolutionary, global sports streaming service, as our new a Production Resources Assistant to help organising the resources for all our exciting productions within the DACH market.
You will be an organisational and administrative support in different topics to ensure smooth daily operations. You take care that everything is set for a successful production - for example Staff & Equipment Planning, Post Production like invoicing or generally sensible use of our resources.

This role is based in Munich.

  • Support of the Production Resources Team in daily business such as preparation, planning, monitoring and reporting of all production resource related topics
  • Roster Planning of DAZN Freelancers and interns
  • Mentoring of all existing/potential DAZN Freelancers: onboarding, invoicing, operational planning, contact point in all topics and general communication
  • Managing purchase orders at all stages
  • Keep track of all cross-departmental topics and be in direct exchange with the other departments
  • Assist with cost-tracking (updating and monitoring), raising purchase orders and processing invoices for all freelancers
  • Continually updating and adapting sensitive files
  • Support the Senior Production Manager (Resources) on a daily basis
  • Strengths in administrative tasks with the discretion and professionalism required when handling freelancers' sensitive data
  • Comfortable working with numbers and big data sheets
  • Highly adaptable and flexible - comfortable switching between different types of tasks and supporting multiple team members
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with a strong attention to detail to ensure high levels of accuracy at all times
  • Fluent in German with good English skills for communication with international freelancers and global teams
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Programs, especially Excel and Teams
  • Strong ability with organised filing systems and database management
  • Open to learn new things and like to bring in your own ideas
  • Ability to work in a passionate positive team and support each other wherever necessary
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and not afraid to reach out to people from other teams or freelancers
  • Skills in keeping track of your workload and are able to hold deadlines
  • Proactive and self-motivated work approach
