The Site Manager is responsible for thesafe, efficient, and compliant executionof all operational activities within the a Client owned semiconductor manufacturing site. This role provides leadership of a team consisting of highly skilled technicans, engineers and managers across critical technical services ensuring uninterrupted support for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing (HVM). The Site Manager ensures all operations meet stringentsafety, quality, and uptime requirementswhile aligning with customer expectations and industry standards.

Safety & Compliance
- Deploy and drive the company Injury Free Workplace (IFW) program
- programtailored to semiconductor fab operations, including risk assessments, emergency response, and business continuity planning.
- Ensure compliance withSEMI standards, OSHA regulations, and local environmental laws.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and trend safety performance metrics; proactively address potential hazards in cleanroom and sub-fab environments.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance withcustomer, industry, and regulatory requirements.
Quality & Operational Integrity
- Deploy and drive the company Right First Time (RFT) quality program
- Ensure strict adherence toSOPs for high-purity gas and chemical handling, minimizing contamination risk.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process reliability and reduce downtime.
- Lead root cause analysis for service interruptions impacting production and implement sustainable solutions.
People Leadership
- Manage and develop a team oftechnicians and engineerssupporting Technical Facility Management (TFM) and operations.
- Oversee workforce planning, training, and certification programs to ensure compliance withcleanroom protocols and hazardous material handling.
- Foster a culture ofsafety, quality, and operational excellencethrough coaching and performance management.
Financial & Contract Management
- Manage customer contracts, including renewals, scope adjustments, and change orders.
- Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities forcost reduction without compromising safety or quality.
- Deliver value-added solutions to improve fab efficiency and reduce total cost of ownership (TCO).
Reporting & Communication
- Provide timely reporting onKPIs such as uptime, safety incidents, and quality metrics.
- Maintain transparent communication with customer stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Escalate critical operational or compliance issues promptly.
- Must have strong client relationship skills, will develop a strong relationship with Client staff
Operational Excellence
- Oversee all aspects ofTFM operations
- Ensurezero-defect material deliveryto support advanced manufacturing.
- Benchmark site performance against industry best practices and drive standardization across multiple fabs.
- Collaborate with global teams to share lessons learned and implement best-in-class solutions.
Show your expertise
- Education:Bachelors degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years experience and 3 years experience managing small to medium teams.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience and 3 years in a leadership role , ideally within semiconductor manufacturing or related high-tech industry.
- Strong knowledge ofhigh-purity gas and chemical systems, cleanroom protocols, and fab operations.
- Familiarity withcontract management, financial processes, and quality systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or MES system experience preferred.
- Knowledge ofSEMI standards, ISO 9001, and EHS regulations.
- Ability to work in afast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
