Cluster Activity Officer (m/f/d)

Job Description:

The main purpose of this role is to ensure excellent execution of the cluster activity pipeline in the cluster, in line with the regional business strategy and following project management processes.

The job holder acts as a co-pilot to MS&D and other demand functions to ensure QuEST process governance is reflected in decision-making regarding portfolio and promotional activities.

This role is responsible for delivering a portfolio of business-critical and complex business projects through cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will drive projects from new product development through execution while ensuring stakeholder alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement across processes and teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead effective project teams while driving problem-solving initiatives across projects
• Manage and monitor projects from new product development through execution and delivery
• Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Develop collaborative relationships across stakeholder and project teams using organizational agility and conflict management skills
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Communicate project status, key updates, issues, and recommendations with stakeholder communities to ensure alignment and transparency
