Your mission
We are looking for a Service Center Manager to lead in our service centers in Munich and Augsburg. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality, cost-effective service while keeping safety and profitability top of mind. You will also lead local commercial and lifecycle initiatives to help grow our business and build long-term customer loyalty.

Your mission
We are looking for a Service Center Manager to lead in our service centers in Munich and Augsburg. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality, cost-effective service while keeping safety and profitability top of mind. You will also lead local commercial and lifecycle initiatives to help grow our business and build long-term customer loyalty.
This position will be based in Munich & Augsburg.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and administering daily service operations to ensure on-time delivery, high quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring safety and quality at the service center and within the region to maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Developing operational performance and promoting initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Leading and developing technicians to ensure their skills and competencies meet required standards.
- Providing technical guidance and support as needed to resolve service issues.
- Planning and coordinating orders, managing inventory, and ensuring the availability of spare parts to maintain operational readiness.
- Ensuring service profitability through effective cost control and resource planning.
- Promoting local commercial initiatives through installed base management, lifecycle activation, and customer retention to expand the service business and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Fostering a strong safety culture by enforcing safety standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Ensuring that all tools, equipment, vehicles, and facilities are properly maintained and suitable for safe and efficient operation.
What we are looking for
- Technical qualification
- Proven experience in service operations management
- Strong business acumen gained from a related industry
- Demonstrated track record of team leadership
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong ability to plan, organize, and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Technical proficiency and solid knowledge of maintenance procedures
- Proven leadership qualities
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and initiative regarding service, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Promotes collaboration, respect, and open communication within the team
- Fluency in the local language
- Proficiency in English
- Valid driver's license.
