Your mission

We are looking for a Service Center Manager to lead in our service centers in Munich and Augsburg. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality, cost-effective service while keeping safety and profitability top of mind. You will also lead local commercial and lifecycle initiatives to help grow our business and build long-term customer loyalty.

This position will be based in Munich & Augsburg.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing and administering daily service operations to ensure on-time delivery, high quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring safety and quality at the service center and within the region to maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Developing operational performance and promoting initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Leading and developing technicians to ensure their skills and competencies meet required standards.
  • Providing technical guidance and support as needed to resolve service issues.
  • Planning and coordinating orders, managing inventory, and ensuring the availability of spare parts to maintain operational readiness.
  • Ensuring service profitability through effective cost control and resource planning.
  • Promoting local commercial initiatives through installed base management, lifecycle activation, and customer retention to expand the service business and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
  • Fostering a strong safety culture by enforcing safety standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring that all tools, equipment, vehicles, and facilities are properly maintained and suitable for safe and efficient operation.


What we are looking for

  • Technical qualification
  • Proven experience in service operations management
  • Strong business acumen gained from a related industry
  • Demonstrated track record of team leadership
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical proficiency and solid knowledge of maintenance procedures
  • Proven leadership qualities
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and initiative regarding service, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Promotes collaboration, respect, and open communication within the team
  • Fluency in the local language
  • Proficiency in English
  • Valid driver's license.
