Sea Freight Coordinator - Project Department (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities:

• Independently manage operational logistics processes, including freight calculations, handling service, information and pricing inquiries, and preparing quotations for complex project shipments
  
• Plan and coordinate international shipments with a focus on intermodal transport and ocean freight - including heavy lift, oversized cargo, and FCL container movements
  
• Communicate and negotiate with clients, subcontractors, shipping lines, agents, and internal stakeholders - in both German and English
  
• Support and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients, including occasional travel; actively contribute to business development and client acquisition
  
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Project Management, Chartering, Transport Engineering, Tender Management, FCL Procurement, QHSES, and Compliance to ensure smooth project execution
  
• Assist with administrative tasks such as invoice preparation, shipment tracking, and KPI reporting
  
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and company policies, including participation in trainings and safety briefings, reporting risks and incidents, and adhering to deugro Group's Ethics and Compliance Code
