- Preparing internal reports and communications in accordance with the site manager's requirements
- Providing WMS and IT support to all users as needed
- Training new users within the company
- Serving as the primary point of contact for software vendors and the central IT team
- Installing and maintaining hardware (desktop PCs, laptops, forklift displays, servers, telephony systems, WMS devices)
- Setting up WMS communication with new customers
- Monitoring the performance of IT systems and making recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in collaboration with the internal IT team
