Zur Erweiterung unseres Cost Management-Teams in Berlin suchen wir einen Junior Cost Manager (m/w/d):
- Als Teil eines Projektteams ubernehmen Sie die Kostenplanung, Kostensteuerung und Kostenkontrolle fur spannende Grobauprojekte.
- Sie ubernehmen Stuck fur Stuck mehr Verantwortung in Ihren Teilprojekten und stellen ein effektives Baukostenmanagement bei unseren Kunden sicher.
- Sie unterstutzen bei der Erstellung von Kostenschatzungen und -planungen und wirken aktiv im Bereich Kostenkontrolle in allen Projektphasen mit.
- Sie fuhren Rechungsprufungen und Reportings durch.
- Sie sind ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner und Berater und fordern eine gute und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit den kundeninternen Fachbereichen und den Planungsteams in allen Projektphasen.
Qualifikationen
- Sie haben Ihr immobilienbezogenes oder technisches Studium Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur, Quantity Surveying, o.a. erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Sie haben bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement bzw. in der Projektsteuerung von komplexen Hochbauprojekten gesammelt; der Bereich Baukostenmanagement oder Cost Management hat Ihnen hierbei besonders viel Spa gemacht.
- Ein routinierter Umgang mit MS Office und MS Project ist fur Sie selbstverstandlich.
- Sie wagen sich gerne an komplexe Aufgaben und finden durch Ihre analytisch vernetzende Denkweise optimale Losungen fur unsere Kunden.
- Sie bringen hervorragende Kommunikations- und Prasentationsfahigkeiten mit und verfugen uber gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. B2) sowie flieende Englischkenntnisse.
