- Support the Legal, Governance & Compliance team in matters related to compliance and corporate law
- Contribute to the further development of the Compliance Management System
- Draft, review, and revise internal policies, processes, and documentation
- Support national and international compliance investigations
- Assist with corporate law matters as well as M&A projects
- Conduct legal research and prepare presentations and decision-making documents
- Take on administrative and coordination tasks in day-to-day operations
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in Business Law or a comparable field of study
- Confident use of standard MS Office applications
- Good command of English, written and spoken
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Independent, structured, and diligent working style
- High level of responsibility and discretion
