Senior Key Account Manager Selective Retail (d/f/m) - Hamburg

About this Position

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the Pan-European Selective Retail strategy across key retail partners and markets
• Drive commercial growth, assortment strategy, launches, and omnichannel activation across the selective retail channel
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 direct reports, fostering high performance, capability building, and succession planning
• Own and steer business performance, including P&L responsibility, forecasting, budgeting, and financial target delivery
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key customers, including Sephora and other selective retail accounts
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure successful execution and business growth
• Identify growth opportunities, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve commercial and profitability targets

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Selective Retail, preferably in the Beauty industry
• Passion for Selective Retail with a strong understanding of premium beauty distribution and customer dynamics
• Proven track record of driving commercial growth and managing strategic customer relationships
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, forecasting, and business planning
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams
• Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken

This role involves approximately 10-15% business travel across Europe.
