Purpose of the Job
Plan and implement sales to specific, existing major accounts where growing relationships, identifying opportunities, and utilizing account management skills are critical. Accounts frequently have multiple buying locations (internationally in the case of global strategic accounts), making the process of establishing and maintaining broad client relationships essential. The role requires full knowledge of the product line and its applications, along with a strong understanding of the client's objectives and challenges.
Role Summary:
As Corporate Sales & Partnerships Manager (m/w/d), you lay the foundation of MOCEAN's B2B business. You map the market, identify where MOCEAN can serve corporate customers better than traditional fleet and leasing providers, and build a qualified pipeline - from SMEs to large corporates with fleet and employee benefit programs. You close the first deals yourself and act as the initial point of contact for the customers you win. In parallel, you build the structured sales approach - strategy, materials, meeting preparation, and coaching - that enables salespeople in our markets to grow the business locally. You start focused on one market and expand across our European footprint, working closely with Product, Finance, Operations, and Legal to turn customer needs into offers MOCEAN can deliver. You report to the Head of Sales & Product.

We want you to:
- Develop the B2B roadmap and go-to-market strategy for MOCEAN's corporate sales, based on market gaps and competitive positioning versus fleet and leasing providers
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of corporate opportunities, from SMEs to large fleet and employee benefit programs
- Close the first reference deals personally and act as the initial point of contact for won accounts
- Lead complex tenders and framework agreements, coordinating commercial, pricing, legal, and operational requirements
- Translate customer needs into product and offer requirements together with Product, Finance, Operations, and Legal
- Create the sales materials, meeting preparation standards, and structured sales frameworks that make every customer conversation count
- Enable and coach salespeople in our markets, building a consistent and scalable sales approach across countries
- Establish partnerships with brokers, aggregators, and enterprise partners that open new corporate sales channels
- Continuously assess competitive offerings and position MOCEAN clearly against them
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 6+ years of professional experience in B2B sales or business development with complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles - for example in subscription services, SaaS, fintech, fleet, or mobility
- Proven track record of closing significant B2B deals and building pipeline in new or developing markets
- A structured and strategic approach to sales - you work with clear sales processes, cycles, and methodology rather than improvisation
- Strong customer empathy, with the ability to understand the customer's business and the decision-making behind stated requirements
- Experience leading tenders, RFP processes, and framework agreements
- Experience in automotive, leasing, or corporate mobility is an advantage
- Experience enabling or coaching other salespeople is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and profitability
- Results-driven, highly accountable, and comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments
- Fluent in English; French, Spanish, or Italian are advantageous
