Who we are looking for:
We are seeking motivated and forward-thinking individuals who thrive incollaborative and fast-moving environments. Our ideal candidate has:
- Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder Berufskraftfahrer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Speditions- oder Transportwesen, idealerweise in der Disposition oder Tourenplanung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office sowie Erfahrung mit einem Speditionsprogramm, idealerweise LIS WinSped
- Gute Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Vorschriften (Arbeitszeitgesetz, Fahrpersonalgesetz etc.)
- Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeit sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und lösungsorientiertes Denke
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zu vergüteter Arbeit an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
