Head of Logistics (all genders welcome)

In the role of Head of Logistics, you are responsible for the global leadership and continuous development of logistics operations, ensuring efficient flow of goods, cost optimization, and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. You will take on a key leadership role with high entrepreneurial ownership, directly influencing service delivery, customer satisfaction, and global logistics cost efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the global logistics strategy (transportation, warehousing, distribution)
• Ensure efficient flow of spare parts and tools across regions to meet service and inventory targets
• Optimize logistics cost, service levels, and on-time delivery performance (OTIF)
• Lead the central logistics team and provide functional guidance to regional operations
• Manage relationships with logistics service providers and support contract negotiations
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation of logistics processes
• Manage risks and ensure resilient logistics operations in a dynamic environment

What you will bring

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in an international environment
• Strong expertise in logistics networks, transportation, and warehousing
• Experience with ERP systems and logistics tools
• Solid financial understanding and experience in cost control
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
