Communication Support:
- Prepare, coordinate, and publish product and service content for the internal newsletter
- Independently create and design the layout of the internal newsletter
- Plan and execute smaller internal and external communication projects
- Take end-to-end ownership of selected communication initiatives (e.g. newsletter) as independent projects
- Drive touchpoint communication in close collaboration with Marketing and Digital Content teams
Strategy Support:
- Support strategic projects aimed at improving the end-to-end customer journey
- Conduct market and trend analyses, benchmarking, and prepare executive-ready presentations
- Contribute to concept development and assist in workshops and management documentation
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- with strong interest in aviation and customer experience
- Experience in consulting, agency work, or strategic projects is a plus
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Quick learner with a structured and independent work style
- Very good English and German skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including strong PowerPoint skills)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex topics
