Are you looking for a new challenge in an exciting, international environment and eager to actively drive IT solutions to support our core business processes? Do you enjoy taking responsibility for test activities in the program/project environment and continuously developing test processes and tools together with your colleagues? What you can expect:

• Definition of test strategies as well as leading and managing all test activities in complex, international programs and projects related to software development
• Lateral leadership and management of other test managers and/or test resources, including associated mentoring and coaching
• Regular exchange with program or project managers and preparation of status reports, test reporting, and possible escalation management
• Support in managing and further developing our global test management processes and tools, including the development and introduction of long-term changes to our testing approach (e.g. developmentand rollout of AI-based use cases, establishment of a central test data management service, continuous integration of test automation, etc.)
• Independent, proactive assumption of work packages or projects regarding changes in internal test approaches and standards
• Facilitating and enabling other teams in the application of our processes and tools, also through training (online and in-person)

Your profile:

• You have a degree in business informatics/business administration or a comparable field of study
• You have at least four years of professional experience in successfully conducting and managing test management in classical or agile projects and/or products in the are of software development
• You have extensive experience in managing and developing test management processes and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira/Confluence, SAP Solution Manager) - also concerning test automation (Tricentis Tosca or comparable solutions)
• You have a strong affinity for AI in testing, identify relevant potential, develop concrete use cases, and implement them successfully within the organization
• You enjoy imparting test management know-how in the form of training (online and in-person) and mentoring
• You possess strong negotiation skills and communicate confidently with all project or process stakeholders
• You handle conflict situations confidently, are organized and results-oriented, and are characterized by a high degree of initiative
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
