Responsibilities

• Handle inbound reservation inquiries from German-speaking customers across phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and special accommodation requests.
• Provide accurate information on rates, availability, policies, and relocation support details.
• Maintain detailed customer records and update reservation systems with high accuracy.
• Deliver professional multilingual service while meeting response time and quality targets.

Requirements

• German language proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Good English language proficiency.
• Have good soft skills
