Enterprise Account Executive
The mission:
comstruct is building the agentic workforce for procurement in European construction. Our agents turn paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline supplier decisions into structured, real-time data and live decisions, embedded inside the largest contractors in Europe and the US. To accelerate this journey, we secured a 12.5M seed financing round from 20VC and Google Ventures, along with top European investors.
What you'll do:
Close contracts for enterprise accounts in Europe (deal size 100k-1M, 2,000+ FTE)
Own your territory: land the biggest construction companies in Europe and expand accounts from local to global
Work closely with BDR, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to win enterprise deals and make sure the product fits your customers
What you bring:
4+ years of experience as an Account Executive in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment
Closed SaaS deals at 100k+ (ideally in traditional industries like manufacturing, logistics, construction, trade)
Excelled in your numbers and consistently ranked at the top of your team in a fast-paced startup environment (ideally Seed to Series C)
Take ownership, are coachable, value feedback
Fluent in German and English
