Senior Executive Function Coach

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced educator or coach to make a lasting impact on the personal, academic, and leadership development of high-achieving students. In this flexible, fully remote role, you will guide young learners through structured coaching programs focused on executive function, leadership, character development, and long-term success skills. Working closely with a multidisciplinary support team, you will help students strengthen self-management, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal effectiveness. The role combines individualized coaching, progress tracking, and mentorship within an innovative educational environment. Accountabilities:
- Deliver structured one-on-one coaching sessions focused on executive function, leadership development, and personal growth
- Assess student strengths and development areas across key executive function and leadership competencies
- Design personalized development plans aligned with individual goals, skill priorities, and program frameworks
- Monitor student progress through assessments, milestone projects, coaching deliverables, and weekly action plans
- Support students in developing self-management, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilities
- Foster habits that contribute to long-term academic achievement, personal effectiveness, and professional success
- Encourage character development, including resilience, integrity, initiative, empathy, curiosity, and self-motivation
- Collaborate with mentoring, strategy, and student success teams to ensure coordinated support and consistent student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, progress updates, and developmental milestones
- Adapt coaching approaches and leverage available resources to meet evolving student needs and program objectives
- Contribute feedback and insights to support continuous program enhancement and coaching effectiveness
Requirements:
- Master's degree or PhD in coaching, counseling, psychology, education, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Formal professional experience working with youth, adolescents, or students in coaching, counseling, education, or developmental settings
- Demonstrated success supporting student growth, wellbeing, and achievement through structured guidance and mentorship
- Strong understanding of executive function development, leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and personal growth frameworks
- Excellent coaching, communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience assessing student needs and creating individualized development plans
- Ability to motivate, engage, and hold students accountable while maintaining a supportive coaching environment
- Strong organizational skills and experience tracking progress through assessments, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Leadership experience in educational, corporate, nonprofit, or public-sector environments is advantageous
- Background in executive function coaching, leadership development, or student success programs is preferred
- Familiarity with college admissions preparation, international education, or high-achieving student populations is beneficial
- Experience working with culturally diverse or international students is a plus
